Autistics Persons Denied Access To Basic Dental Care

Sedation or general anesthesia for Autistic persons NOT covered by dental insurance companies. There should be a lawsuit. This is discrimination because the person can't help it. This isn't a dental phobia, it's rooted in autism disorder. Delta Dental and other insurance carriers don't recognize this. Nor do state employee benefit packages. This must change. |
