Why Lord?

To see our son slowly change in front of our eyes.
I wonder why Lord
When we see that he has no social skills with others.
I wonder why Lord
When I disturb his straight line of trains and he screams as if were the end.
I wonder why Lord
When he looks at me and his eyes say,"Who are you?"
I wonder why Lord
When he can't tell me how he feels or that he's hungry.
I wonder why Lord
When he's curled up on the floor by his bed looking as if he is lost.
I wonder why Lord
When they say "There is no hope, he will never be able to do things like everyone else."
I wonder why Lord

I know why Lord
To test my faith.
I know why Lord
To teach me the real meaning of love.
I know why Lord
To prove them wrong and that he will succeed.
I know why Lord
To be a stronger person for him and for my family.
I know why Lord
Because you have a purpose for him.
I know why Lord
So he can make us laugh and smile.
I know why Lord
So he can be a light for you.
I know why Lord
To touch people's hearts.
I know why lord
Because he is my HEART.
